Documentation disagrees with implementation about tuple/list for build and pre-release

The Readme suggests that

semantic_version.Version('0.1.1').build

should be [], but in version 2.6.0 of semantic_version it is instead ().

This makes little practical difference in most cases, except when you do something like

if v.build == []:
    ...

which will never work.

Should be fixed when adding type hints, as per #138 — planned for version 3.0.
