chore(desktop): release canary 0.0.15

Bumps the desktop version from 0.0.14 to 0.0.15 for the requested canary release, after merging #130.

Includes current main at d77a2ed: all-projects channel view (#149), composer reasoning effort (#148), lane base fixes (#144, fixes #96), avatar alignment (#127), and the merged native desktop focus, window, application, menu-inspection, and clipboard improvements.

Validation: bun install --frozen-lockfile, bun types, and bun run ci pass. The signed canary build and explicit publishing will run from the merged revision; the workflow verifies signing, notarization, and public download bytes before publishing the feed.

Built in Ace

All review, Git/GitHub operations, checks, and release work were performed in an Ace channel using its lane and shell tools. No external editor or terminal was used. The running lane tool started from the stale project checkout; this fresh lane was moved to origin/main before edits (the already-merged #144 fixes the underlying #96).

Download for Apple silicon, macOS 15+. Existing installations can use Check for Updates. No local installation or restart was performed.
