Summary

• show the beta endpoints command-group help when invoked without a subcommand or ID
• bypass authentication and telemetry for bare group help, matching explicit --help
• preserve implicit tg beta endpoints <id> retrieval

The daily CLI failure export contained a human tg beta endpoints invocation that failed with Missing required argument: --id. Current main and open PRs had no fix.
