Overview
Clarifies beta endpoints CLI copy so ready replica counts are distinguished from autoscaler target (desiredReplicas), not a generic “replicas” count.

For tg beta endpoints ls, the table column is renamed to Ready/Target and cell values are compact ready/desired (still green when fully ready), dropping the trailing “ready” text.

For retrieve, endpoint deployment rows label the pair Ready / autoscaler target, and single-deployment detail prints a separate Autoscaler target field when desiredReplicas is set; the min/max line is labeled Autoscaling instead of Replicas. Tests cover _format_replicas, list header/output, and deployment retrieve wording.
