- Around line 65-66: Update the processor ordering logic around `order` and
`PROCESSOR` so `resource/amp` is placed before any `tail_sampling` or ordinary
`batch` processor that would remove gateway request context. Alternatively,
reject customized traces pipeline orders that cannot preserve this ordering.
- Line 60: Update the processor merge in the configuration-merging logic to
preserve any existing resource/amp definition: merge the four actions from
AMP_ATTRIBUTES into it, or reject definitions that cannot be merged, rather than
replacing it. Keep the existing resource processor behavior unchanged.

- Around line 59-66: Update the OpenChoreo release-check loop to use each
plane’s configured namespace instead of assuming openchoreo-${plane}. Map
control-plane, data-plane, workflow-plane, and observability-plane to
CONTROL_PLANE_NS, DATA_PLANE_NS, WORKFLOW_NS, and OBSERVABILITY_NS, then pass
the selected namespace to release_chart and include it in the not-found message.

matches the configured ou; do not treat a missing ouId as a match.
Review comments at @ai-wso2-agent-manager/scripts/uninstall.sh:
- Around line 280-284: Update the environment-set construction in the
deployment-pipeline cleanup logic so `default` is included in `AMP_ENVIRONMENTS`
only when Agent Manager created it. Reuse the existing adoption check, exclude
`default` when it is adopted, and preserve the current behavior for Agent
Manager-owned environments.

Review comments at @ai-wso2-agent-manager/scripts/merge-collector-config.py:
- Line 48: Update the receiver and exporter lookups in the configuration merge
flow to resolve components referenced by the traces pipeline, including named
identifiers such as otlp/ingest and opensearch/traces. Enable metadata on that
referenced receiver and compare exporter types without requiring unnamed
instances.
Review comments at @ai-wso2-agent-manager/scripts/preflight.sh:
- Around line 253-256: Update the `release_chart` lookup in the CRD-owning
release loop to use that release’s namespace from `${WORK}/rendered` instead of
always using `DATA_PLANE_NS`. Fall back to `DATA_PLANE_NS` when no rendered
namespace is found, preserving the existing lookup behavior for other releases.
Review comments at @ai-wso2-agent-manager/scripts/uninstall.sh:
- Around line 400-403: Update the adopted-label removal block guarded by
is_adopted in the uninstall flow: remove the label only when the environment’s
ThunderID namespace and API platform gateway release are both absent. If either
remains, keep the label so a rerun continues treating the environment as
adopted.
- Around line 633-638: Update the `fixed` pattern and the agent-prefix condition
in the `sorted(names)` loop to match only the exact Agent Manager v1.0.0 proxy
and agent-scoped secret name formats. For names that do not match those formats,
require Agent Manager ownership metadata on the corresponding SecretReference or
PushSecret before including them in the deletion set.

Purpose
The
ai-wso2-agent-managermodule installed an older Agent Manager release and could not be used with OpenChoreo v1.3. This PR updates it to install WSO2 Agent Manager v1.0.0 on an existing OpenChoreo v1.3.x installation. Agent Manager reuses OpenChoreo's ThunderID, OpenBao, plane gateways and OpenSearch instead of installing a second copy of any of them. The module also works on an OpenChoreo installation that already runs other products, including OpenChoreo's getting-started resources.Approach
Identities in OpenChoreo's Thunder (
IDENTITY.md,scripts/provision-thunder-identities.py): adds only Agent Manager's clients, resource servers, roles, administrators group andengineeruser type. It keeps OpenChoreo's issuer, signing keys, users and clients, refuses to overwrite existing resources, and changes the two shared settings (default resource server, CORS origin) only after confirmation. It replaces the upstream Thunder bootstrap, which creates sample users and overwrites shared settings.Preflight check (
scripts/preflight.sh): a read-only check, run before installing. It covers OpenChoreo and ThunderID versions, the data plane gateway (kgateway), shared components installed by other modules, name collisions with every object the charts render, workflows that use the build templates Agent Manager ships, environments, Thunder's default resource server, and build-namespace ConfigMaps.Chart preparation (
scripts/prepare-charts.sh): pulls the core and platform-resources charts and adapts them:amp-*, so OpenChoreo's templates of the same name are not replaced;defaultProject, DeploymentPipeline and Environment, and thehorizontal-pod-autoscalertrait);Environment configuration (
scripts/configure-environments.sh): gives every environment in the namespace an environment ThunderID and an API Platform Gateway. Existing environments are adopted and labelled. IncludesGATEWAY_SCHEME=httpfor local k3d data planes.Trace ingestion (
scripts/merge-collector-config.py): merges Agent Manager's pipeline into the tracing module's collector configuration.Uninstall (
scripts/uninstall.sh): removes everything the module installs, in reverse order. It keeps OpenChoreo and anything Agent Manager did not create:It also cleans up what
helm uninstallleaves behind.README: rewritten as a step-by-step install, with:
