Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I receive email notifications, I see the following template:
September 9, 2026, 3:39
User XYZ created file1, file2 and file 3

When there are a lot of files, this gets confusing and is in principle just a long one-liner.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have the files as list items or with a
between them.
E.g.:

September 9, 2026, 3:39
User XYZ created:
file1
file2
file3

Best those files were sorted alphabetically before they are displayed so all paths are stacked.
