Points the api.params.post link on the OpenAPI setup page (English, es, fr, zh) at #param-api-params instead of #api-params.
api.params is documented as a ResponseField on the API settings page, and ResponseField anchors carry a param- prefix, so the old link dropped readers at the top of the page.
Found with mint broken-links --check-anchors. Other links that check flagged are not included: they are headings with badges or punctuation, an anchor that lives in a snippet, and a translated accordion anchor, and none of them is clearly broken.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only link anchor updates with no runtime or configuration behavior changes.

Overview
Updates the cross-link to api.params on the OpenAPI setup Parameter pills section (English, Spanish, French, and Chinese) so the hash anchor is #param-api-params instead of #api-params.

That matches how Mintlify generates anchors for ResponseField entries on the API settings page, so the link lands on the correct field instead of the top of the page.
