Add shortTitle to remaining Run Selection/Line commands

The python.execSelectionInTerminal command already defines a shortTitle ("Run Selection/Line"). This PR completes the same treatment for its two sibling commands so the editor context menu stays consistent when space is limited:

Notes:

• The shortTitle strings are proposals — happy to adjust wording if the team prefers something else (e.g. shorter variants).
• The original issue only asked for the terminal command, but that was already addressed on main while the issue stayed open, so this PR covers the remaining sibling commands referenced by the same context-menu entry group.
