fix(webextensions): add menus.update property compatibility data

Summary

Adds the missing compatibility data for the following menus.update() properties:

• icons — Firefox 64
• viewTypes — Firefox 64
• visible — Firefox 63

Additional details

The compatibility data was added after investigating the Firefox WebExtensions implementation and documentation, Firefox release notes, and the related Mozilla Bugzilla issues.

The Firefox version information is based on the following sources:

• menus.update.visible — Firefox 63, based on Firefox 63 release information and Bug 1482529.
• menus.update.icons — Firefox 64, based on Firefox 64 release information and Bug 1414566.
• menus.update.viewTypes — Firefox 64, based on Firefox 64 release information and Bug 1416839.

These properties were already part of the menus.update() API surface, but were not represented as individual compatibility subfeatures in BCD.

The three properties have therefore been added as separate subfeatures under webextensions.api.menus.update, following the existing BCD structure for WebExtensions API parameters and properties.

For browser support values outside Firefox, the entries follow the existing BCD compatibility data and mirroring conventions. In particular, safari_ios is represented as mirror for icons and viewTypes where the BCD linter confirms that the value can be automatically mirrored from Safari.
