Additional notes for reviewers

Part of a set of three React-migration plugins from the same repository (ember-to-react, angular-to-react, backbone-to-react), each submitted separately. Each bundles a migration skill, an inventory agent and a parity-reviewer agent (read-only), a plan command, and the hosted Context7 MCP server (https://mcp.context7.com/mcp, no API key). Tested in VS Code 1.135 Copilot Chat: the skill, both agents and Context7 load from the plugin.
