Keeps markdown working as an Obsidian vault that still renders on GitHub and in VS Code: a lint for broken and ambiguous links, orphans, duplicate basenames, missing indexes and bad frontmatter; an index writer; a wikilink-to-relative-link converter; and one command to set a folder up as a vault. Evergreen: it re-researches Obsidian and its CLI on a schedule and carries the evals that prove it works.

Additional notes for reviewers
Makes a markdown folder work as an Obsidian vault and still render on GitHub: relative links, indexes, link linting. Runs a bundled standard-library Python linter (vault_lint.py) locally; no network calls.
