Picks a chart type for the data and renders it for the place it will be read (Mermaid, Vega-Lite, Plotly, Chart.js, matplotlib, PPTX). Runs a bundled Python CLI (cw.py) locally; PlantUML and QuickChart image targets reach those services, and npx fetches a pinned Mermaid CLI only when mmdc is missing.
