Feature summary
Let agents stage a pending review's body, the top-level summary, alongside its line comments. 📝
What problem are you trying to solve?
add_pr_review_comment stages line comments only. A review drafted with an agent usually has a summary too, and today that has to live somewhere else, a file or the chat, and be pasted in by hand at submit time. The agent can't check what was pasted, and the summary isn't kept with the rest of the pending review.
Proposed solution
A way to set the pending review's body, such as a set_pr_review_body tool next to add_pr_review_comment, pre-filled when the review is submitted.
Workflow impact
Anyone who drafts a review with an agent. The summary is often the first thing the author reads, and right now it's the one part that leaves the app's draft flow.
Installation context
Windows desktop app (1.1.28, ARM64), in a PR-backed worktree session.
Additional context
Related to #4644, which asks for a way to read the pending review back. That read would ideally return the body too.
