What action immediately preceded the error, and does it affect all sessions or only a particular project or model? Please say whether you are using a github.com account, a GHE.com/GHES account, or a custom model provider, and whether signing in again changes the result. Do not post tokens, passwords, or private account details.

   If this issue is not updated with the missing information within 7 days of this request and the needs more info label being applied, it will be closed as stale. A follow-up supplying the missing information will keep it open for review. Please redact credentials and other sensitive details.
