feat(aws-lambda): Add HTTP trigger attributes #8082

HTTP-triggered attributes have no attributes yet; so add the following attributes

API Gateway v1/v2, Function URL, ALB

• http.request.method: v1 httpMethod, v2 requestContext.http.method
• http.route: v1 resource, v2 routeKey without the method (not $default)
• url.scheme, url.path, url.query / url.full, server.address, user_agent.original
• client.address
• http.request.header.<name>: also merging multiValueHeaders; v2 cookies
• http.response.status_code: the handler's returned statusCode; 5xx sets error.type and error status, 4xx doesn't

Following attributes can be filtered using data collection settings: client.address behind user_info, headers behind http_headers, cookies behind cookies, the query behind url_query_params, the body behind http_bodies.
