Use 64-bit and 32-bit in the comments identifying the Initialize argument layouts. The syscall arguments and ABI are unchanged.
Validation: native macOS arm64 internal race tests, internal vet, and the other vet analyzers passed. Full go vet reports the same pre-existing Darwin unsafe.Pointer warning as upstream main. Native macOS arm64 build passed. Windows amd64/arm64/386 builds passed (compile only; Windows runtime not executed locally). A comparison after removing line comments confirms executable code is unchanged.
