network shorthands don't allow connecting to a LAN address #62

Trying to connect to 192.168.1.105.

Setting (name = "internet", network = (allow = ["public", "private", "local", "network"])) doesn't work (connect() blocked by restrictPeers()).

But (name = "internet", network = (allow = ["0.0.0.0/0"])) does work.

Additionally, specifying multiple CIDRs also works (e.g. (name = "internet", network = (allow = ["192.168.1.104/32", "192.168.1.105/32", "192.168.1.106/32"])), so it doesn't seem to be a problem with unioning the list together.
