Reliability fix for the free Codex image lane.

• Surfaces the real HTTP 403. When your ChatGPT / Codex plan isn't entitled to image generation, the app used to show a vague "your plan may not include image generation." It now names the actual cause (a 403 entitlement error) so you know it's your plan, not Nib.
• Automatic fallback to OpenRouter. If the free Codex lane 403s (or its CLI has vanished) and you have an OpenRouter/OpenAI key configured, Nib now switches to it automatically instead of failing the render. It never falls back on a genuine content refusal, a timeout, or out-of-credits.

No other changes — same UI, same 13 looks.

Desktop app

• Studio redesign — Concept + Article modes, a plate gallery, a zoomable lightbox.
• Article mode is now a shot list you shape — pick which moments to draw, add your own, ask for more, and generate them in parallel. Great for illustrating your own writing, not just a fetched URL.
• 13 print looks (was 7): marker · riso · blueprint · woodcut · pixel · clay · gouache · chalk · diorama · enamel · felt · manila · phosphor.
• Free Codex / Gemini lanes or a keyed OpenRouter model, with a separate shot-list text model.

Under the hood

• Four module-deepening refactors (provider resolver, settings manager, image-provider contract + structured errors, UI hooks) + a vitest test harness.
• Memory fix — gallery thumbnails + a cap (no more runaway RAM on long sessions).
• Sentry — expected user-facing conditions (no key, CLI missing, timeouts) are no longer reported as crashes.

• nib skill 0.1.1 — the 13 looks, new character-builder / composition / palettes references, and an explainer register.
