For a future CNCF rationale, validate one concrete cloud-native operational workflow with an independent user before implementing a broad integrations catalog. Logs, reliable exit/error contracts, safe cleanup and opt-in telemetry can be valuable primitives; a generic CLI convenience library alone does not demonstrate a cloud-native ecosystem need. Keep the first integration provider-neutral and driven by a measured user outcome.
Validated against current main (7faf347a5b90969e169c88f3ac18e7202d142dd0). This review files and scopes work; it does not claim implementation or authorize release/admin changes.
Scope decision for the narrow v1.0.0 release: this work is intentionally deferred to the v1.1.0 platform/extension follow-up. The v1.0 train is limited to the stable Python core, lifecycle/JSON contracts, security, starter experience, governance, and release integrity. Revisit this issue after the v1.0.0 release evidence is complete.
