Searching for new packages with multiple words uses sort of an "or", not "and" #1086
Checked that there is not already an Atom package that provides the described functionality: https://atom.io/packages
Description
When you search for packages with multiple words, there are some results that contain only one of the words. For example, searching for "windows explorer context menu" gives all sorts of results with only "menu" or "context" (and so on) in them.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Package Install
Search for something with multiple words
Expected behavior: It should consider all words
Actual behavior: It considers any of the words, like it uses an "or" operator

They both hit the same endpoint, but settings-view does some extra sorting. See #1042.
