Unable to add file after adding folder to the project

Steps to reproduce:

Expected result:
Folder and files inside the folder should be added to the project.

Actual result:
Only the folder gets added to the project. Files do not get added to the project.

I'm having the same issue. Folder adds fine, but any images I try to add programmatically don't get added to the project. Help appreciated!

Please attach your code. . . I'm not sure when I'll be able to get to this. . . up to the eyeballs in work at the moment.

I've got some time coming up to look at this. . . if possible can you attach your code? (Just the part that creates, then adds to the group).
