Build fails due to bintray #757

Bintray shut down. We should support the new way of getting Gradle plugins: via the Gradle plugin publish plugin
See https://plugins.gradle.org/docs/bintray
Looks like registration is required or something. How will this be automated?

Hey, the error is due to the fact that
jcenter()is present as a dependency in thegradle.buildfile. Removing it will resolve the problem. Can I work on this issue?
