chore(deps): update '@types/node' to '^24.19.2' to match Node 24 in '.nvmrc' - #11978
Update @types/node from ^22.15.3 to ^24.19.2 in the root devDependencies and in the pnpm-workspace.yamloverrides, and update pnpm-lock.yaml. .nvmrc already pins Node 24, so the Node types now match the runtime.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.
