"failed to fetch" can happen on empty response from /create, which happens when we can't create the torrent #31
Description
this is a common issue that users complain of, and this is one of the possible explanations
we should ensure that timeouts on /create are handled accordingly, and that it's never possible for it to return a blank response
just make it graceful when a torrent is too slow to start;

@NikolaBorislavovHristov this is something that the player should handle, since what was a part of
stream.prepareis now a responsibility of the player implementations
