Brief explanation of the change
Adds one SDK rule for atmoky's spatial audio SDKs (trueSpatial, trueAcoustics, Ears), used in released Steam games via Wwise, FMOD, Unity and Unreal Engine.
All atmoky runtime libraries ship as
atmoky<Product>.dll/libatmoky<Product>.so/libatmoky<Product>.dylib, verified against packaged builds. The rule only matches runtime libraries whose file name starts with "atmoky", so game files or asset names that merely contain "atmoky" are not matched. Tests and generated strings pass locally (php tests/Test.php,php tests/GenerateTestStrings.php).I work at atmoky, the developer of these SDKs.
