Lerna - solidos build not working out of the box #307

When I clone the repo and run

npm run setup
npm run watch-pivot

it doesn't work. I still need to npm run add pivot and i had to build types for rdflib otherwise solid-logic didn't work.

there is also a weird version error on solid-ui when running the watch-pivot that doesn't happen when you run the build inside of solid-ui. However, the application still works.
