Context: Part 50 (b89cfcc) makes the draft recorder share the form's receipt wait instead of scoping its own, because two concurrent viem waits on one hash leave a listener behind that hangs every later wait. This merge carries that fix, and the part 51, 54 and 57 resolutions, through the stack.

Render recording status and verification retry actions.
Part 60/64 of the small-PR split of #140. Builds on #199; merge earlier parts first. Together these parts preserve the original changes and include verified review fixes. Use merge commits in numerical order, then retarget the next PR to
drafts/pages, to preserve the original ancestry and propagated fixes.Diff: +58/−0 (58 changed lines).
Validation: TypeScript and ESLint passed at this exact stack point. Relevant unit suites passed (20 tests). The complete corrected stack passed repository-wide ESLint, TypeScript, and all 1,582 unit tests across 123 files. Browser/e2e tests were not run.
