Require contiguous BAR1 mappings for kernel RM clients that receive a single physical address. Preserve scatter mappings for ordinary userspace clients. Make reuse allocation failures transactional, release empty context maps, and report expected mapping failures without assertions. Add regression coverage for mapping contracts, allocation failures, rollback, and context lifetime.

This is a largely GPT-6-Astra authored fix for https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/bug-report-wayland-only-dmaallocmapping-gm107-va-mapping-failures-does-not-reproduce-on-x11/353598. I have been running this driver since September 29th and it fixes the desktop environment crash, it doesn't make wayland with non rebar perfect (media heavy can still fill the BAR), but makes it tolerable and fixes a real issue.
