Make sure AnatomicRegionModifierSequence (0008,2220) is supported #458
Coding of the anatomy in SEG should use post-coordinated codes (ie, laterality code must be separate code - not "Left Ventricle" but "Ventricle" + "Left").
I'd like to work on this. Plan: let SegmentDescription accept modifiers for each anatomic region and write them as AnatomicRegionModifierSequence (0008,2220) inside each AnatomicRegionSequence item, read them back in from_dataset, and add round-trip tests (e.g. Ventricle + Left). Does that fit how you'd like it supported?
