feat: allow hiding the Home body-weight card

Summary

• add a default-on “Body weight” visibility setting under General
• hide the Home body-weight card when the setting is disabled
• preserve weight history, Stats, imports, body-weight calculations, and the separate pre-workout weigh-in flow
• add translations for all supported locales

Existing profiles remain unchanged because the card is shown whenever the new preference is absent.
