[ Feature Request] Change directory of Autosave file backup

What problem does this solve?

A direct directory selection will help with automatic synchronization, so that you do not need to manually transfer the file. Moreover, there is already an automatic save function.

Proposed approach

Just add an additional option with the choice of the export path, you do not need to remove the method that is available now, so as not to break the User-space.

Two parts. Pruning: the auto-backup folder fills with one file per workout — keeping the last N is small and I'll do that first. Choosing the directory needs Android's SAF picker (a native piece), which is the bigger half; after v1.3.6.

First half done in v1.3.9: automatic backups on the phone now go to Documents/openGym, and only the newest 14 are kept. Copies older versions wrote to the Documents root stay until you delete them, because they can't be told apart from manual exports. Choosing the folder yourself needs Android's folder picker (a native piece). I'm keeping this open for that part, in the Android milestone (v1.4.5).
