ArcadeDb UI not working on latest Docker Image #3562
Description
When running the latest docker image the db works ( tested using my project backend using springboot ) so it is saving and fetching correct data from the DB , but when i go to localhost to see ArcadeDB UI , its not working. If i run an older version of the image (26.2.) ui works again

Looks like the last line of the log shows that the "localhost" section of the url was either changed wihout noticed.

Is it a ip6 name for localhost? If you click on that URL, what happens?

The Studio URL log message (Studio web tool available at http://...) used hostAddress, which is determined by assignHostAddress(). In Docker containers, the HOSTNAME environment variable is set to the container ID (e.g., 97cbf3629aa0). The method picks this up on line 767-768 even when not in Kubernetes mode, causing the logged URL to show something like http://97cbf3629aa0:2480 instead of http://localhost:2480.
While the UI itself still works fine at localhost:2480, the misleading log message confuses users who click the displayed URL.

There is still a problem when running the latest docker . Hitting this http://localhost:2480 still doenst show the UI , the db works but the UI doenst . Doest not even show the login page

If you're starting ArcadeDB in a docker container, localhost can't be reached, you should use docker's ip address instead.
