…idation @astrojs/starlight 0.39.x pulls @astrojs/mdx 5.x, which sources rehype plugins from the deprecated markdown.rehypePlugins config. starlight-links-validator 0.24.1 (HiDeoo/starlight-links-validator#163) moved to Astro 6.4's unified processor, which mdx 5.x does not read, so links to .mdx pages were reported invalid and failed the docs build (the CI "lint" job) on master and every open PR. Starlight 0.40 brings @astrojs/mdx 6.x, which uses the Astro 6.4 processor model. With it, starlight-links-validator (floating ^0.24.0 -> 0.24.1) validates .mdx links correctly, so no version pin is needed. Bumps the astro floor to 6.4.5 to match Starlight 0.40's requirement. Verified locally: docs build green, all internal links valid, 1766 pages, and the generated API reference is byte-identical to the 0.39 build. Upstream context: HiDeoo/starlight-links-validator#166
